Comprehensive Site Inspection
Inspection consists of determining the source and severity of the problem. This includes air swab and tape lift sampling, borescope and visual inspection, moisture mapping, thermal imaging, relative humidity check, and building analysis. Our technicians use an experienced eye and industry best practices to quickly assess the severity of the problem.

• Employ Safety Measures
Our team will assess the severity of the mold problem and employ state-of-the-art protective measures. This includes putting on the appropriate degree of personal protective equipment. In some cases, we might also seal off affected areas to ensure that the spread of mold spores and other pathogens cannot spread to contaminate another area.

• Lab Samples
It is important to take both air samples, and swab tests from affected areas. Samples are overnighted to a lab where they are analyzed by certified microbiologists.

• Report Analysis
A detailed report including source of problem, severity of problem, recommendations for remediation, scope of work, repair and associated cost are then forwarded to the you or the client with a follow up call to confirm receipt and discuss any questions. Typically we can schedule work within 24-48 hours.

• Remove & Dispose of all Contaminated Materials
Remediation begins when a fully-certified remediation team arrives with a project manager. This team carefully follows
the detailed scope of work included within the report. Our technicians will use industry best practices to safely remove all contaminated materials from the site ensuring that the contamination does not spread to other areas. We will then dispose of them properly according to EPA regulations and all other pertinent codes. Once the remediation project is complete, our team performs a quality control clearance test.

• Sanitize & Deodorize
Once all contaminated materials have been removed and the site has been physically cleaned up, we will use professional-strength cleaning products to sanitize all affected surfaces throughout the contaminated areas. This includes eliminating all pathogenic risks. We then use commercial-grade deodorizers to eliminate any lingering odors.

• Preventive Plan
In some situations, like water damage or mold remediation, our technicians can recommend a preventive plan to help prevent the problem from recurring. This might include making necessary repairs to other areas of the property, or strategically placing dehumidifiers or sump pumps to prevent the buildup of water and humidity in the future.

• Professional Documentation and Insurance
After completing the cleanup and remediation process, our technicians will provide you with the necessary documentation to verify what was contaminated, that it was removed and disposed of property as well as any other necessary information. This might be key for meeting EPA, OSHA, and other pertinent regulations. Insurance providers for multi-family residential and commercial properties typically require documentation to prevent delays in paying a claim.
