Exceptions: Customized or personalized services may not be eligible for refunds. Only services not performed according to the scope of work, and property damaged will be refunded.
Time Frame for Refunds:
1) Customers must request refunds within 30 days of service.
2) Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after approval.
Refund Process:
1) Customers should contact our team via email/phone to initiate a refund.
2) We’ll assess the request and notify the customer of the outcome.
